1) 1/2 tbsp. mix sempyo base sauce with 1 cup of water and refrigerate (for 2-3 servings, 1 cup = 200 ml).
2) Boil water, put noodles in it, add a glass of cold water and cook for several minutes, constantly stirring the paw.
3) Dip the noodles in cold water and rinse well. Then pull it out and let the water drain completely.
4) Put the noodles on a special dish or a regular plate.
5) Pour the resulting sauce into a gravy boat, add wasabi to taste.
